Leadership Coaching

There is a myth about leadership that we need to dispel. It is that leadership is something that is for few highly placed individuals. While there have been those in history that we can look to for inspiration and example, it is the everyday leader, leading everyday, in their homes, in their jobs, in their communities, that have always made the difference. People like you: parents, teachers, business owners, senior executives, managers of sales teams, etc.  These individuals are deeply committed to improving their leadership and interpersonal skills not only as part of their business development strategy, but as part of their intention to be their best authentic self as a leader.

Being a leader isn't something you learn once and for all. It is an ever-evolving pattern of skills, talents and ideas that grow and change as you do. The school is never out for the leader.

This process is intensive one-on-one work. We begin with building awareness and looking inside your life to discover what's really true for you. We then work to develop a new way of taking responsibility for your thoughts, feelings, words and actions. Based on your new insights we then develop an action plan that will produce the results you want for yourself. Over time, these sessions help you turn your insights into new ways of thinking and behaving that become permanent ways of being your most powerful and authentic Self that you bring to every aspect of your life.
